About Nicholas
Hi, my name is Nick, and I’m from California in the United States. I help students improve their English using a practical, conversation-based approach inspired by the Pimsleur method.
My focus is on listening, speaking, pronunciation, and real-life communication. Instead of only memorizing grammar rules, I help students practice English in a natural way so they can become more confident using it in everyday situations.
I believe learning English should be simple, supportive, and encouraging. I work at each student’s pace and focus on useful words, phrases, and conversations that they can actually use in real life.
Whether you are a beginner or want to improve your speaking confidence, I would be happy to help you practice and grow your English skills.

I prefer to use the proven method of spaced repetition and active participation, building a students conversational and reasoning skills and gradually introducing new words and phrases.
A typical lesson plan includes introducing a new conversation, new phrases, and repeating those phrases and adding to that conversation over time.
Having struggled to learn a new language myself, I am very familiar with the challenges new English speakers face and the difficulties they will encounter.
My lessons plans have been designed for every level of learner.
