About Ashley
I am a music academy graduate in both electric and acoustic guitar. I started guitar because I wanted to be able to play my favorite songs I was a self-taught guitarist up until I joined the academy to improve my techniques. To this day I still practice and improve by playing harder songs. Students are able to request what song they want to learn and I will tailor it based on their skill level as best I can. I strive to support and keep students motivated and make the lessons as enjoyable as possible. As a bonus, I am quick to reply so students can receive a prompt response to any questions or concerns anytime.

I'm a graduate of Big Ben College which is a global music academy based in the UK. My lessons are very beginner friendly.
I will create a lesson plan tailored to the student's needs and goals. This plan may include specific techniques, musical genres, theory concepts, or songs to learn. I will emphasize teaching the fundamentals of playing the instrument. This includes proper hand positioning, fretting techniques, picking techniques, and posture. Building a strong foundation is crucial for progress and avoiding bad habits. I will guide students in creating a structured and effective practice routine, providing guidance on how much time to allocate for different aspects of playing, offering practice tips, and monitoring progress. Lessons can occur up to 2-3 hours weekly.
