About Gavin
I am a musician and researcher with over a decade of tutoring experience within music both in schools and privately across the whole range of abilities and ages. Pupils of mine have achieved high scores in their musical examinations and a strong technique as well as great practice methods.
I have an international performing career as a flute player where I have performed across Europe and the United States.

I approach each and every pupil with the intention of finding a work-style that suits them. I strongly believe in deep-learning and always aim for a pupil to think critically about material covered so they are able to apply their technique to the music that we are studying.
