About Andy
A little about me: I’m an early childhood educator and musician. I am currently living in Los Angeles but was born in Mexico and moved around quite a bit growing up, instilling in me a love for language, music, people, and beginnings.
I’m a firm believer in the importance of play and joy in learning. I have seen how nurturing curiosity, using storytelling and letting questions take the lead can create stronger connections and powerful waves of learning. I also believe that academic education can and should hold hands with empathy, compassion and a willingness to imagine

Lessons catered to your tiny ones’ interests- using songs to engage and increase retention and comprehension, these lessons can support literacy, mathematics and STEM learning. Every class will follow a reliable schedule, starting with a hello song, moving our bodies, then transitioning into the learning topic of the day, and ending with our goodbye song. This routine will ensure minimal anxiety and optimal learning conditions. I ensure that all lessons hold space for emotional development as well as musical and academic learning.
