I'm a music graduate, performer and music educator who has been teaching music both in schools and privately for over 10 years now.
I am passionate about playing and writing music, and I am always trying to learn something new or explore a new style.

My lessons aim to address the specific needs of the student. Whether you want to work towards graded exams or just play for fun.
I have experience of teaching students across a variety of ages. From children as young as 4, to older adults looking to take up the instrument in retirement.
I have an eclectic taste in music and although I prefer modern jazz and progressive rock, I always cater to the stylistic aspirations of my students.
I try to understand the learning styles of my students and do not follow a rigid curriculum. My lessons are always based around students needs.
