About Lachlan
My name is Lachlan and I'm primarily influenced by blues based music rock 'n' roll post Beatles, however I love film scores which are a great source learning how to express emotions, create themes and scenes with sound alone. Music is about finding your own voice and expressing your own truth. The journey will be full of challenges and mistakes but these are the things that make you grow. Take the challenge or grow no more.

Wholistic approach with emphasis on enthusiasm and flow. I have taught for 10 and been a student of music for 30 years. I have been responsible for recording production and live sound of every band I have been in and still record and teach artists in my home studio. I have developed a balanced understanding of all genres of music and the theory behind them.

Details
Lessons are based around the school term calendar so students and parents can have holidays in the normal allocated times. Because of frequent cancelations we rarely book single lessons these are reserved for accomplished players. All bookings with the intent of learning any musical instrument requires daily practice, attendance to weekly lessons minimum of 1\2 hour without fail. Because of these factors lessons are only booked for blocks of 5 or 10 half hour lessons per school term, money up front with no refunds. Rescheduling is an option in certain circumstances.
