About Fiona
I focus on five key principles in my teaching: Accountability, Creativity, Flexibility, Empathy, and Structure. I help students set clear goals and track their progress to stay motivated and committed. This ensures that they remain focused on their musical journey. I encourage creativity by allowing students to explore improvisation and composition, giving them the freedom to express themselves and develop a unique musical style. Every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit their pace and interests, making the learning process enjoyable. I also create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing their challenges and strengths. This methodology applies not only to piano lessons but also to all the other subjects I teach, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience.
