About JH
I have taught children from ages 7 to 16. I have been a church musician for 5 years. I started as a synth player, then advanced to pianist and a combination of synth and piano. I attended an18 month worship school program in the United States after which I started leading worship i.e. singing, playing keys and song writing.

I like to take the student's favorite songs and use them to teach the student how to play and sing them competently. In the process we start with covering the very basics like scales, building the chords needed for the song, rythm, and left hand/right hand coordination. No sheet music and theory, just learning while having fun playing.
