About Daphne
I have worked for a large retail company 'SUSSAN', then moving on to purchase my own retail stores. The success I gained was providing people in my community with great fashion. My next goal, I set out to achieve was helping our younger generation to learn the skills and knowledge that made me successful. I work with students with special needs in schools and the workplace to gain their qualifications. I have just finished gaining my qualifications in TESOL which is working with people coming from other countries that have problems speaking our English.

Working as a competent trainer assessor I pride myself as a professional tutor, providing all my students and members with one-on-one mentoring.
The passion I have working in the retail industry has provided me with a full range of qualifications.
The right training I have developed is providing the employees with the right message about the needs and the behaviour of customers and how the business should adapt to meet the changes.

Part of my success in training is classroom and visual training in the workplace. From a salesperson to a manager when training I use a training record database which provides me with the employees skill-set.
Anyone working in retail need a variety of soft and hard skills.
Retail is an exciting and challenging career working around attention to detail.
