About Ioannis
During the last 11 years I have been involved in coaching and training both kids and adults with varying abilities and needs from learning to swim, improving opening water race swimming skills and triathletes, who have wanted to improve their results in races, specifically swimming. I consider myself an expert in this field due to my experience as a world class swimmer both in the pool and in open water. I have a wide range of experience of coaching in this area and have coached many international Ironman competitors.

My programme is very individual to me, it is unique because of the many training camps I have experienced as a professional swimmer both competing and being involved in training camps all around the world, training with Peter Van den Hoogenband, Lazlo Czech and the great Michael Phelps. I have used all my experience and knowledge gained to develop my own personalised programmes and workshops, tailoring each specifically to the needs of my clients. I feel that my programmes are the best because I can develop specific programmes ranging from non-swimmers to professional swimmers using a range of details specific to the individual. So, for example basic skills and competencies for the non-swimmer and marginal gains through small changes in the strokes to make the client ‘swim clever’.
My vision is to inspire my clients and help them to achieve their goals. I have a strong mind set which helped drive me as an Olympian and I still have it as a coach and trainer. I want to share my wealth of experience with my clients and motivate them to achieve the best they can through both my coaching and personal approach.
