About Mikail Ezha
A little more about me: I am 18 years old, currently studying at Kolej Yayasan UEM. I am a mechanical engineering student under the Petronas Scholarship soon to continue my studies at University College London, I have a strong background in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. My qualifications include 8A+2A in SPM, 2A*3A in IGCSE and A*A*AA in A- Levels. I obtained grade A+ in Maths and Addmaths. I also achieved grade A in IGCSE Addmath, along with As in Maths and Further Maths A-Levels.
Others would describe me as friendly and easy to talk to :) . I enjoy teaching others and helping them understand concepts in STEM and especially mathematics.

Mathematics is a core discipline in STEM. Personally, I greatly benefited from doing rigorous exercises in order to strengthen my understanding of core principles.
Addmaths has a particularly bad reputation amongst SPM students, but I believe that usually comes from a lack of understanding of the subject. As such, I want to help others see that it is not the daunting subject everyone says it is.
My study method involves three steps, starting with examples to understand the reasoning behind solutions. Then, doing practice questions to familiarize yourself with different situations. Finally, working on hundreds of the same types of questions until it becomes second nature.
To me, this is the most effective way of approaching Addmaths.
I want to teach SPM Additional Mathematics for Form 4 and Form 5 students, following the syllabus and contents in English. My class structure is flexible, depending on the demand of the student. I am eager to help students of all levels in any way I can.
Although this is my first time teaching, I am confident in my ability to cater to the needs of my students. Let’s work together to achieve the best results for addmaths!
