About Ilyas
I'm a national level 3 soccer coach, and a game analyst with the official title of scouting and game analysis. I am in the world of football as a coach since 2010, before I worked outside of Spain and I am here In Barcelona since 2015. I trained several teams of different categories from youngest to junior, and always in formative football. On scouting and game analysis, I have official title and I do it only because I love doing it and I present my videos of the analyzes on my Facebook page (concealed information)

My work methodology is based on the age of the player, and 80% of the work goes with the ball. The most important thing for me is to have a smart player understand what he has to do and why he does it, then we improve other aspects.
