I am a B.Sc. graduate, MBA, National Kho-Kho player, marathon runner, and fitness enthusiast. I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals through practical, sustainable, and enjoyable training methods. My goal is to help individuals build healthy habits, improve their fitness, and lead a more energetic and fulfilling life.

My teaching approach is practical, personalized, and focused on long-term fitness rather than quick fixes. Every individual is different, so I first understand a person's goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, strengths, and challenges before creating a fitness plan.
Many people know they want to get fit but are unsure whether running, strength training, yoga, bodyweight exercises, or another activity is right for them. With my experience as a National Kho-Kho player, marathon runner, and athlete, I help individuals discover the fitness approach that suits them best and that they can enjoy consistently.
I believe that consistency and discipline are more important than extreme workouts. My role is not only to teach exercises but also to help people build sustainable habits, stay motivated, overcome obstacles, and make fitness a natural part of their lifestyle.
Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, improved endurance, better health, or simply becoming more active, I will guide and support you throughout the journey. I also believe in continuous learning, and working with people from different backgrounds helps me become a better coach while helping them achieve their fitness goals.
My mission is simple: help you find the right path to fitness and stay committed to it for life.
