About Ibrahim
Hi! I’m Ibrahim, a Physics major at Bilkent University, and I’m on a mission to rescue you from the boring Physics that you might be used to and provide you with a much more exciting and fun interpretation of Physics.
I have hundreds of hours of experience in teaching, which has taught me how to strip away academic jargon and explain groundbreaking theories in a way that anyone can understand. I believe that Physics is often taught as a boring list of facts and formulae, but in my lessons, we treat it as a logical detective story. My method is built on First-Principles Thinking: we never start with a formula; instead, we start with the "why." By understanding the fundamental reason a force exists or how a field behaves, the mathematics becomes a natural consequence rather than a memorisation hurdle. I use a Socratic style, guiding you to "re-discover" physical laws through thought experiments and visual logic.
Having achieved A*s in A-Level Physics and Mathematics and ranking as a Nationally Top 15 Physics Talent, I understand the difference between knowing the material and scoring a top grade. My lessons include specific training in the "Examiner’s Mindset." We deconstruct marking schemes for AQA, Edexcel, and OCR, teaching you how to identify keywords in prompts and structure high-scoring answers. For IB students, I provide dedicated support for the Internal Assessment (IA), focusing on rigorous data analysis and error propagation.
