About Michelle

Hi! I'm a native Chinese speaker and currently a junior at Vanderbilt University, majoring in Mathematics and minoring in Data Science. I am friendly, patient, and passionate about sharing Chinese language and culture with others.

I believe everyone learns differently, so I always try to make my lessons comfortable, engaging, and personalized. As a student myself, I understand how challenging learning a new language can be. I hope to create a supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes, and improving at their own pace.

Whether you are a complete beginner or want to improve your conversational Chinese, I would love to help you reach your goals while having fun along the way!

About the lesson

believe learning Chinese should be fun, interesting, and enjoyable! In my lessons, we will learn Chinese through games, interactive activities, and interesting stories about Chinese culture. Instead of just memorizing vocabulary and grammar, I want my students to learn naturally while playing and having fun. I will adjust my lessons to each student's level and interests, creating a relaxed and friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking Chinese. My goal is to make every lesson exciting and help students develop a real interest in the Chinese language and culture!
