I believe the most important thing in teaching is the interaction between students and the teacher. The teacher can have the best knowledge of that subject area, but if the students can't handle it, it is pointless. My approach in teaching is to based on the understanding of the students to adjust the programme rather than based on a fixed teaching schedule.
