Who am I?
I'm a patient and gentle person, which makes me more easier to connect with students. I'm usually steady and thoughtful. I have a good psychological quality, and I am good at listening to other people's ideas. Taking all my working experience together, I think I'm ready to become a teacher.
Why I want to teach?
Cultural Exchange: Teaching Chinese to students provides an excellent opportunity for cultural exchange. Through language learning, students gain insights into Chinese traditions, customs, and values, fostering mutual understanding and appreciation between cultures.

Approaches:
Assessment and goal setting: First assess the students’ current language proficiency and understand the students’ learning goals to meet their specific needs and desires.
Customized lesson plans: Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' learning styles, interests, and areas for improvement. Combine different teaching materials such as real-life examples, multimedia resources and interactive activities to keep the course engaging.
Regular feedback and progress tracking: Provide constructive feedback on student performance and progress at the end of each session. Highlight their strengths and areas for improvement.
Experience:
I have participated in three internships related to language teaching in China. I used to be an English teacher in a high school. I used to teach Chinese in a tutorial class for primary school students. I also worked as an English teacher in an after-school tutoring class.
Target students:
My target student could be anyone! Whether you want to prepare for travel or study in China, you are interested in Chinese, or you are undergoing systematic training in Chinese and often feel confused, you can come to me.
