About Silvana
An expert in communications, with extensive experience in the analysis of holistic objectives of projects focused on NGOs, Human Resources and Marketing, as well as in the design of an action strategy and its successful execution. I have exceeded my own and my allies' expectations since 2003. My experience has been developed in operating initiatives for leading global brands, to local startups and boutique projects. I have also worked in designing and instructing workshops for different target audiences to bring new ideas to their successful execution.
I am a firm believer that limiting beliefs and lack of essential information are the number one blocker in developing functional and exciting ideas. First, I work evaluating the present, gathering current resources and the availability of new tools, and then designing a follow-up plan; resulting in documented holistic processes that become work realities; starting with the individual and working until reaching the nuclear team, entity, community, country, region, etc.
