About Ayesha
I'm a Clinical Psychology graduate, and having been living in the UK for 1 year, and for over 10 years previously in various other countries such as Turkey, Pakistan and Nepal, teaching English to non-native speakers and helping ESL speakers in improving their academic written and spoken English.

I find that what works best is to individualize lessons as having a teaching style only restricts me, rather adapting to the student's learning style is what I find most important. Some of my students previously learned best from conversation-focused learning, while others learned better from a standardized and planned approach with clear-cut lessons. For students who have a basic English level, I find that increasing vocabulary and conversations are the best way to improve, while those at a very basic level may benefit from a curriculum.
