About Ryan
My Experience:
While working for Magic Ears for three years, I've delivered curriculum remotely to children ages 3-14 living in China with various receptive and expressive language skills. I've instructed anywhere from 1-4 students per class. In addition, I've acquired a 120-hour TEFL certification in accordance with Chinese government regulations.
With my additional experience at Sylvan learning, I've instructed using Sylvan based programs and aided students with their assigned coursework in a fast-paced environment. I taught students from ages 5-18 both on an individual and small group format.
I was able to develop a rapport individually with students and adapted learning models and teaching styles based on each student’s customized needs and goals. I created a positive learning environment to motivate students and promote meaningful learning experiences. Finally, I evaluated student’s progress and delivered feedback.
