About Jack
Hi, My name is Jack Battisti-Downey and I come from a 2 language household. My mother is Italian and my father is English. I have lived in England all my life but have several houses in Italy. I frequently visit my Italian family every month. I have a dual nationality in an Italian and British passport. I am a native English speaker and a high-level Italian speaker who can tailor for your needs.

- I use a speaking based approach with the addition of videos and worksheets to aid active learning
- My lessons are intended for beginners/intermediates that want a laid back approach to learning a language through vocal practice
- The key to learning a language is how enjoyable it is. I will keep our lessons engaging through the talking. Be prepared to speak for large periods of the lessons as we will aim to improve our language through speech rather than dull unengaging textbooks.
- My lessons are entirely adaptive and so tell me what you are looking to gain from the lessons and I will help you try and achieve your goals
- My lessons are intended for those that want to practice their speaking
- I have a grade 9 GCSE in Italian and I am a native English speaker.
