About Trystan
I have a friendly, yet organised approach to teaching. I believe that a comfortable atmosphere is essential when it comes to language learning, and I structure my teaching around this idea. I studied Spanish at GCSE and A level myself, and I am therefore familiar with what it takes to achieve a top grade.
I am currently a postgraduate student at the University of Manchester, also studying to take my CIOL Qualifications Level 7 Diploma in Translation (Diptrans) exams in order to become a professional Spanish translator.

My lessons are aimed at GCSE and A level students. I use a variety of different written and spoken exercises to improve both oral and literacy skills. 12 years experience of studying Spanish has given me a deep grammatical and dialectical understanding of the language. Being an Arabic and Spanish graduate, I sympathise with how challenging learning a foreign language can be. I have an ethos of patience and humility when it comes to teaching. I make my lessons interesting and rewarding incorporating a variety of interactive exercises with regular feedback. My lessons last 1/2 hour(s).
