About Andrea
I am a first-year student doing my undergrad in Creative Writing at the University of South Africa. I am passionate about language and the history thereof. I am an academic at heart. I enjoy spending time at the library reading and doing research on topics that pique my interest as well as my aspirational field of work/study. I have been tutoring kids in my neighborhood since the eighth grade until I completed high school. I still tutor some of them today. I wish to teach English as a foreign language after graduating.

I make use of spaced repetition as well as visual learning to enhance my student's memory and comprehension. I am proficient in English and Afrikaans. I normally teach kids from ages 12-14. A tutor session lasts 45 minutes to an hour long.
