About Bryce
I grew up near The Rocky Mountains in Canada and have taught English for approximately 7 years in Russia; most of those years being in Moscow. Working in a megacity like this, I have been able to meet an array of personalities in various fields of business; IT, banking, oil/gas, etc.
As a result, I have greatly sharpened my people skills and have learnt to read people and adjust in order to create more satisfying lessons for others.

It is essential to sit down with the student in order to get a clear understanding of his/her needs and aspirations in relation to English. Accordingly, this may take form with games, role-plays, interviews, discussion of films, etc. These various techniques are with students who range from Elementary up to Advanced and can be for General, Business or some type of exam.
The lessons that do take place revolve around a theme where relevant grammar, vocabulary, writing bits or video clips are incorporated to touch on different elements of the language. Importantly, one must be able to make constant adjustments in class whether that be language grading, the speed of tasks, a sense of humour and so on.
