About Katherine
Hello! I’m a native English speaker from Oxfordshire with a clear, neutral accent and a passion for helping people feel confident using English. I have a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Trinity CertTESOL from St. Giles International and I’ve taught both adults and children, online and in person. I love teaching because I genuinely enjoy helping people reach their goals and I value the social connection it brings. I'm patient, supportive and sensitive to the challenges of learning a second language; I live between the UK and Spain and speak intermediate Spanish myself. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to refine your skills, I’ll support you every step of the way in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

My lessons are student-centred, communicative and tailored to each learner’s goals and level. I focus on building confidence through speaking, listening, grammar and vocabulary in real-life contexts. I use a mix of conversation, activities and structured materials depending on the student’s needs. Lessons are usually 60 minutes long and I teach all levels (A1–C2), adults and children. I’m a native English speaker with a BA in Psychology and a Trinity CertTESOL from St. Giles International, with experience teaching online and in person, both one-to-one and in groups.
