My teaching methods consist of practicing real-life English-speaking situations with students, tailored to their personal goals with the language. A typical lesson will involve some prep work such as reviewing specific material, followed by a one-hour video or audio call, in which the student and I practice specific real-life situations relevant to their life or career, followed by a follow-up report on the lesson. My expertise is unique given that I have a background in applied linguistics, as opposed to just ESL, and I have many years of experience learning and teaching languages other than English. My lessons are primarily for business English students, but I have experience teaching English at all levels.
