About Talia
I am a French-American Musical Theatre performer currently based in London. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Paris to a bilingual and bicultural family. I am therefore a native speaker of both French and English.
For the past few years I have been a private tutor in a variety of subjects : English, Maths, Sciences but also Singing and have loved every minute of it.
I always make sure my students leave with more than what they came with and with a sense of accomplishment.

I teach French primarily through discussion. Starting with the second lesson, I exclusively speak in French with my students and make them progressively more comfortable with hearing and speaking the language.
I also adapt my lessons to the needs and level of my students : Do they have exams or tests they need to prepare? Are there texts or shows they are trying to understand? Are they going to France for a time?
These are questions I ask my students so that I can craft the most effective and useful lesson for their needs.
