About Clemence
First of all, I am a 26 born & raised French Girl who lived in Paris, and who speaks English fluently.
I am a project manager with 3+ years of professional experiences, specialised in digital, marketing & business development, with a Master of Science in International Marketing & Business Developpement.
Thanks to my education, I learned how to be rigourous, diligent, to structure my work, and to be a team player.
Moreover through my professionnal experiences, I developped many skills that I think are relevant for being a good teacher:
• Excellent communication especially to develop & maintain relationships
• Strong methodologies (agility)
• Good ability in management: punctuality, organizational and workload management

My teaching method will rely on 5 axes :
1- Teamwork: In this course, the student and the tutor are partners and, for this to work, it is necessary that they practice together.
2- Comprehension & Discussion: First I have to identify the student's needs in order to adapt my lessons in the best way. What is his level ? What is he seeking to learn? I also foster exchange which will make the course more interesting and facilitate learning.
3- Fun: I really believe in gamification, learning while having fun is just as important. Learning French through games or the arts (French films or series, music, painting ...)
4- Methodology: Agility is the best way to learn by making mistakes and learning from them!
5- Commitment: For this to work, both the tutor and the student must be committed to each other and in the work we're doing.
