About Lucile
I have a French degree in Marketing, Communication and Management (2018).
I have been living in London for a year and a half. I love teaching people especially when it comes to my mother tongue. I am passionate about the French language but also about the English one, which has many similarities to French as it takes its roots from Latin.

My teaching method is based on CONFIDENCE. The main goal is to be confident and to not be scared of making mistakes. Mistakes are fondamental in your learning process - they will help you grow. No shyness nor shame with me. :)
1. Vocabulary is your base.
French is often easier than people may think. I will teach you how to speak proper French (not only the meals and pâtisseries). English and French have many words, idioms and expressions in common - however their pronunciation is different which brings me to my second point...
2. Oral expression is key.
Practising outloud every day helps your muscles and tongue to get used to this new way of speaking.
3. Reading + listening is your best allied.
Listening and reading at the same time is the best way to improve very quickly and allows your brain to visualize what you are listening. To make this technique fun and enjoyable for you, we will go from articles about subjects that interest you to song lyrics or movies you like...
Learning a new language is supposed to be fun and playful. I am not here to only teach you how to say "croissant" though. So be ready to enjoy fun hard work! :)
