About Maryvonne

Hello and welcome!

I am a native French speaker, French language trainer, legal translator, and graduate in Communication Studies.

I mainly work with adults, university students, and professionals who want to use French with greater confidence and accuracy in their studies, careers, or international projects.

Beyond learning the language itself, my goal is to help you communicate effectively in real-life situations: job interviews, meetings, presentations, professional correspondence, and academic environments.

All my lessons are fully personalized and tailored to your specific objectives.

About the lesson

For several years, I have been teaching French to learners from a wide range of backgrounds, including university students, professionals, executives, and advanced-level learners preparing for language certifications.

Alongside my teaching activity, I work as a legal translator specializing in legal and administrative documents. This experience allows me to support learners who need a more specialized and precise command of French.

My areas of expertise include:
- Professional French and workplace comunication
- Legal French for law students and legal professionals
- Academic French for higher education, university applications, research projects, and international mobility programs
- Advanced French (B2-C1) and exam preparation

My academic background in Communication Studies also strengthens my teaching approach, particularly in the areas of public speaking, effective communication, and intercultural communication.

Do you need French for your career, your studies, or an international project?

Whether you want to prepare for an exam, improve your professional communication skills, develop specialized vocabulary, or gain confidence when speaking French, I will help you achieve your goals through a structured, supportive, and results-oriented approach.

During our first lesson, we will discuss your objectives and create a personalized learning plan designed around your needs and expectations.

I look forward to helping you succeed in French!

Un mio collega di lavoro doveva seguire dei corsi a Ginevra in francese ed ha chiamato Maryvonne poiché aveva un livello elementare. Mi ha riferito che dopo un mese di lezione intensiva, tre volte a settimana, aveva fatto enormi progressi nella compressione e abbastanza nella grammatica. Mi ha descritto Maryvonne come un insegnante esperta e paziente che utilizza un ottimo metodo di lavoro, molto interattivo. Dopo tre mesi è riuscito a seguire i corsi senza particolari problemi. Complimenti
