About Roland
Born and raised in Germany; Chemistry and computer background;
Immigrated in ‘99 and moonlit as tutor since 2010. I am rather personable and prefer teaching in person but since COVID… not so much. Hence I am mostly teaching online.
Lessons with me are fun but I can also channel the stereotypical grumpy German in me if needed.

Hallo - wie geht’s?
My lessons are tailored toward current level and learning style. I “learned” that we don’t all learn the same way. I, for example, am a visual learner but you may be an auditory or kinetic one or a combination of them.
By determining strengths and weaknesses and using what works best for you, I improve your ability to digest this ancient language of my ancestors.
It ain’t easy. This much is for certain.
But it’s rewarding. I promise.
