My name is Amalia, I'm 22 years old and a University student studying a Master's of Neuroscience. I've always studied in English, despite German being my native language and have learned to deeply appreciate those who have taught me to confidently speak English, and I would love to do the same for those who wish to learn German! My tutoring style is student-centered, encouraging active participation, curiosity, and building confidence. I aim to create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas without fear of making mistakes. After getting to know a student, I wish to tailor each session to the student’s individual learning style and needs, combining clear explanations with active problem-solving. A typical session lasts 1 hour structured as follows: Check-in (5–10 min) – Review last session casual talk about how we're doing (in German) Main Lesson (35–40 min) – Interactive teaching, guided exercises, and discussion. Wrap-up (10–15 min) – Summary of key points, make goals for next time.
