About Kai
こんにちは! My name is Kai, and I am a native Japanese speaker based in Montreal, Canada. I lived in Japan for 15 years and have been living in Canada for the past 12 years.
I offer personalized Japanese lessons for students of all levels. Whether you want to learn Japanese for work, school, travel, or simply out of personal interest, I will do my best to make your learning experience both effective and enjoyable.
Outside of Superprof, I work as an English coach for Japanese people learning English, supporting their language-learning journey over 6-9 months. Through this experience, I have helped more than 20 students build confidence and achieve their language goals. I also have several years of experience working as a translator and interpreter.
