About Joy
I am a native Korean speaker who has studied abroad for most of my life, which allowed me to grow up in a multicultural environment. Through this experience, I have had many opportunities to share Korean language and culture with people from different countries.
I love sharing Korean culture and talking about topics such as K-pop, K-dramas, food, and daily life in Korea. Even if you do not have a specific goal yet, that is completely okay! We can start with your interests and slowly build your Korean skills through fun and comfortable conversations:)

My lessons are designed for beginners who are interested in learning Korean, especially students who may feel slow or nervous when learning a new language. In my lessons, students will explore basic Korean reading, writing, and vocabulary while building practical communication skills for everyday situations.
As a native Korean speaker with experience taking TOPIK, I understand which areas can be challenging for students, and I will guide them step by step in a comfortable and supportive learning environment. My goal is to help students gain confidence and enjoy learning Korean.
