About QIAN
I am a Chinese national who has been living in the UK for 20years. I speak standard Mandarin and fluent English. I have a higher education diploma in Finance in a Chinese College and an UK degree in Business, plus a City and Guild certificate of teaching adult. I have privately tutored both adult and children. I also had been a teaching assistant for ESOL classes for Chinese people, and a community interpreter.

My teaching methodology is based on individul learner's need. I tend to gather varied materials and teach what the student want to learn accordind to his/her level. I understand well about how English speaking people learn Chinese, about the difficulties and mistakes they are easy to make. I also tend to teach Chinese characters rather than only PinYin(phonics), and Chinese culture.
