About Teresa
I am finishing my degree in Medical Genetics currently in London, but I was born and grew up in Madrid, Spain. I completed my studies in Madrid and obtained my IGCSE and A-level qualifications.
Over the last 5 years, I have offered tutoring to IGCSE and A-level students. I have also tutored students in Biology, Chemistry and Physics IGCSE.

I prefer for the student to express the areas they want to improve in, wether its pronunciation, vocabulary or spelling. From there I will tailor my teaching to best accommodate them and offer different activities to enrich their knowledge of the language. I think a good exercise is to talk for about 30 mins to practise speaking and pronunciation as well as to watch shows in Spanish with subtitles, making a note of words you don't understand. This an exercise I found very useful when learning English and French! :).
Being a student myself I know how hard it can be to learn another language or understand science at school, so I am happy to go through school work and homework in the class.
