About Paula
I'm a native Spanish and English speaker from a Hispanic background with a passion for language, communication, and helping others learn. I have experience translating in both high school and university settings, giving campus tours in Spanish, and serving as the primary Spanish-speaking employee at my part-time café. I also participated in a study abroad program where I welcomed international students and helped them practice conversational English. Currently, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communication and have previous tutoring experience, including tutoring mathematics in high school and providing remote tutoring in 2023. I enjoy creating a supportive, encouraging learning environment and helping students build confidence in their language skills.
