About Nelson
Hello there, I am an English and Spanish teacher from Bogotá, Colombia. If you want to learn Spanish from scratch or improve your current level, I would love to help you.
I have been teaching languages since 2014, both in English and Spanish for non-native speakers. My method focuses on continuous production skills improvement (speaking and writing).
Every lesson will have a grammar approach; thus, the student can learn the proper use of the language, even in the most basic interactions. All lessons are given via Zoom or Google Meet and include multimedia material and extra practice exercises for every lesson.
I'm a highly committed and enthusiastic English and Spanish teacher with experience in ESL and Spanish as a Foreign Language teacher. I am located in Adelaide, South Australia. I base my lessons on the comprehensive input approach, which means that the student will be in contact with the original content in the target language from day 1, and then the grammar will be built from there.
I've completed studies in translation and interpreting in English/Spanish. I like using technological tools and progressive target language implementation in everyday conversations and expressions.

Lessons are focused on the development of expression skills (writing and speaking). Every lesson is adapted to reach the student's personal goal by taking advantage of their skills and personal preferences. Every class has a grammar approach, so the student can improve not only their vocabulary but also the correct use of the language in diverse contexts.
