About Nicol
Hola!
My name is Nicole Casanova and I'm thrilled about the opportunity to get you on the fast track to real-world, conversational level Spanish language proficiency. I moved to the United States in 2015 from my native country of Venezuela. There, I had a background in business and economics. Currently, I am working towards my Texas Teacher Certification to become a certified Spanish language teacher in the Texas school system.

I believe the most effective form of learning a new language IS NOT through through the old textbook model that emphasizes memorization and rarely-used "formal" language principles. Instead, I approach my Spanish lessons with a blend of practical reading & writing skills, easy-to-grasp grammar rules, high-level lessons on Latin culture, and most importantly, real-world day to day conversational lessons with a native speaker.
