About Niklas-Benedikt
I am a postgraduate student in Applied Sport Physiology with 4 years of experience in teaching German to individuals and groups. Most of my former students with previous knowledge aimed at achieving CEFR Level C1. However, I have also worked with beginners for several years now. Many of them achieved CEFR Level B1/B2. While the major part of my former students have been from the UK, I have also had students from Russia, India, Romania, USA, UAE, France, Japan and China.

Learning a language should always be fun and practical. Therefore, the central aspect of my teaching methodology is the applied nature of each lesson. I would consider speaking and writing as the focal points of my lessons as, to me, the most important part of learning a language is being able to use it. Speaking is typically taught with a short period of theory like an analysis of a conversation in a german movie, followed by applying the principles learned to a conversation about various topics.
However, it is very important for me to adapt the methodology to the learning type of the individual. The way in which you learn the most will be the way in which I try to structure the course.
