About Joseph
I have been working in the ESL field for 10 years. I worked for a few years (when I was still living in England) as a monitor in a language school in my city.
When I came to Spain I spent a year working in a high school working as a conversation assistant while I was getting my TEFL degree.
Since then I have been working in various places, developing my skills as a teacher. I have worked in academies, teaching all kinds of exams (especially advanced levels, CAE and CPE exams and IELTS). In recent years I have been in an international consulting company, teaching their bosses and employees.
I have set up projects in China (after-school classes for master students in English) and now I am developing a project to use English as a way to connect adolescents internationally.

I am a native (British) certified teacher with 10 years experience working in the ESL field. I have worked in various academies, for companies, in universities, and also with private classes. I have given talks in Asia about the Western education system and trainings to high school teachers in China.
I know all the Cambridge and IELTS exams very well, and to date no student of mine who has taken an exam quite well. has suspended.
As a polyglot, I understand very well the language learning process and the failures that students often have while studying a second language. I always make my classes fun and interesting, using today's relevant materials (videos, music, articles, books) so that you can use the English that is truly spoken from the get-go.
I adapt the courses to the requirements of each student, and put all the materials to ensure that students achieve their challenges in the shortest time possible. I teach at all levels and ages. ¡El mejor profesor que he tenido! Debía preparar el FCE y conseguió que las clases no se convirtieran en una obligación sino en algo motivador. Explica muy bien y lo mejor es que se adapta a las necesidades y preferencias que cada uno tenga, respondiendo a todas las dudas y enfatizando donde detecta que el alumno más lo necesita.
Se nota que tiene años de experiencia enseñando porque tiene infinidad de recursos, no es el típico nativo que se limita a conocer su idioma.
