About Phuntacha

Hi, I’m April, originally from Thailand and currently living in New Zealand. Cooking Thai food has always been a part of my life, and I love sharing Thai flavors and food culture with others. I enjoy making traditional Thai dishes as well as simple everyday meals. I would love to teach people who are interested in Thai food and show that cooking delicious Thai dishes at home can be simple, enjoyable, and fun.

About the lesson

My Thai cooking lessons are fun, relaxed, and suitable for beginners. As a Thai native, I can teach you how to make authentic and delicious Thai dishes using simple techniques and ingredients that are easy to find in New Zealand. You can choose dishes you would like to learn, and I will guide you step by step. I can also explain Thai ingredients, flavours, substitutions, and tips for adjusting the taste to your preference. Lessons are practical, friendly, and designed to help you confidently cook Thai food at home.
