I teach a healthier way of living. We focus on an area within ones life that can be addressed by some small supported changes. I teach these skills so one has them for life and can help endorse better health in their lives. These skills can be passed down to further generations.
So see this as an investment in learning about health.
Lessons can be suited for any age, make or female. I would also provide lessons for families if wanted.
