About Saskia
I am a first year Natural Sciences (chemistry & physics) Student at UCL. At A-level I achieved A*A*A*A* in maths (OCR), physics (AQA), chemistry (OCR) and EPQ at a top independent school in London.
I am a well practiced tutor with 4 years of tutoring experience with a range of ages between year 5 to GCSE in maths, physics, chemistry and preparation for 11+ exams.

During the first sessions I will assess the pace of the student and plan future lessons accordingly so the pupil can learn in a style and speed that suits them best. I work through each topic very thoroughly as I believe this is far better than rushing through content, which can often lead to an incomplete understanding of subjects. Furthermore, as a result of having tutored for a number of years, I have an extensive bank of resources that are relevant to a range of exam boards.
Although sessions are academically focused, I am very approachable and patient, ensuring lessons include a range of different learning styles to keep pupils engaged and excited.
I am happy to set questions for outside of lesson time, help with homework and prepare for tests/examinations with adaptive teaching for each student.
