About ANDREA
I am a certified yoga instructor and have been teaching since 2013. I studied Hatha, and Anusara yoga and also have a background in teaching children's yoga. If you are looking to deepen your practice, how to do poses correctly, or looking to do yoga in a safer COVID friendly way I can help. :)
