Hi, I’m Makayla Newell! I’m here to help you feel more confident in your writing, college prep, and career journey. I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re staring at a blank page or trying to figure out the next steps for your future — because I’ve been there too. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, along with Leadership Distinction in Professional and Civic Engagement, and along the way, I learned that success doesn’t happen overnight — it happens when you have the right tools, the right support, and someone who believes in you. My tutoring style is patient, encouraging, and focused on real progress. I break things down into manageable steps, so whether you're working on an essay, a college application, or a resume, you leave each session feeling proud and one step closer to your goals.
