About Gursahil
Hi! My name is Gurs and I am a university student studying Neuroscience! I like to spend my free time hiking, volunteering, playing video games, or reading! I understand how frustrating Math based courses can be, or just navigating through middle school and highschool, so I will do my best to help you in any way you need, beyond tutoring one subject.

- I like to use a deficit based approach: this entails finding out what the student is strong at, and identifying weaknesses/gaps in their knowledge to strengthen it overall.
- I will be available to teach all sorts of math (basic calculus, all highschool/middle schoolmath). Typically, I would introduce the topic, elaborate on its applicableness to everyday life, and go onto teaching.
- I focus on practice problems, and teaching with patience. Math based courses are frustrating, and there are often small details that get missed. Repeated practice will ensure those mistakes don't get made
- Any middle school and highschool student is welcome! If I can, I'll accommodate other subjects as well.
