About Isabelle
I am a Canadian dancer based in Berlin, Germany. I go back and forth between Europe and New York City, traveling for performance purposes, auditions, and collaborative projects. I fell in love with the GYROKINESIS method in New York while I was studying, which is also where I got certified. I love sharing my passion for it and how it helped me learn how to move my spine in a healthy sustainable way.

In this GYROKINESIS class, we'll stimulate the nervous system, open energy pathways, and make space in the body in a flow sequence of spirals, arches, and curves following the GYROKINESIS method. This is not Yoga, the website just didn't have the course name as a promotional option. This class starts sitting on a chair followed by some floor sequences and abdominals. You do not need much space at home to follow this class, which makes it ideal to take in the morning, as we're vitalizing the body for the day ahead or in the evening, to release physical tension and equilibrate physiological malfunctioning. The GYROKINESIS method is very soft on the body but has a lot of benefits. Over time, you will feel freer in your body and more aware of the relationship between your internal motions, external physicality, and breath.
