About Navpreet
I am a newly qualified dentist who graduated in 2019. I graduated from the University of Liverpool with Honors and Distinctions in Oral Medicine and Oral Health. I also received many notable prizes during my time as a student including:
1. 2015 Thomas H Bickerton Prize
The student who, at the first summative attempt, achieves the best overall mark in the 1st BDS Basic Medical Sciences papers 1 & 2.
2. 2017 Dental Alumni Prize
The student who, at the first summative attempt, achieves the best overall mark in the 3rd BDS Oral Science & Medicine Knowledge examinations (EMI & Slide).
3. 2017 University Scholarship Prize for Clinical Core Knowledge
The student who, at the first summative attempt, achieves the best overall mark in the 3rd BDS Clinical Core Knowledge Paper.
4. 2019 Malcolm Foster Medal
5. 2019 British Society of Pediatric Dentists Prize
I have mentored students throughout my time at dental school and have examined for a prominent dental training course that provides support for final year dental student during the DFT recruitment process.

I am offering help with:
- admission into dental school - including work experience (where to look and how to find it), help with personal statement, 1:1 interview practice and key topics to revise.
- dental school examinations - Short answer questions, MCQs and OSCEs.
- DFT national recruitment process (received my first choice and ranked very highly), West Midlands scheme. SJT and practice for the face to face interviews. Please note, for the 2020-2021 recruitment cycle, the recruitment will be done via SJT only (if this changes, I will update it).
- DCT1 national recruitment process (received my first choice and ranked very highly), West Midlands scheme.
- My revision materials and resources that helped me gain not only a BDS, but a BDS with Honors and Distinctions and the above prizes.
My method of teaching is adaptable based on every student. No one student is the same and I willing to work in a way that suits you.
