My lessons are fun & engaging for all pupils, having had a plethora of teaching experience throughout the years I get the know the student and develop lesson plans according to their individual needs and skills.
My role as a media lecturer & English tutor is multi-faceted with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Some of my roles include preparing and implementing effective lesson plans covering required course topics, using different instructional techniques to obtain and retain student interest in subject matter, especially during remote work. I am regularly given course overviews and it is my duty to construct coursework within that remit. I've learned from experience that classwork that delivers effective results must be balanced between healthy doses of theoretical and practical work to cater for all students skill-sets and interests.

Ross is a very good tutor and has helped me become a better writer and improved my story telling ability. If I am quite honest I don’t think my writing skills would be as good without him. I would also recommend him because he is one of the most patient teachers I have ever met and is always there to help with what ever you need help with.
Ross has been offering tuition on creative writing to my teenage son for a couple of years now. He is enthusiastic, approachable and very patient. He is reliable and very committed to his students. I would definitely recommend Ross as a tutor.
Very patient person and very fun to talk to even during a difficult subject. Amazing at keeping up with the pace which he student is at and following progression. I came from a really low level of English and Ross has managed to give me the confidence to write better than I thought I could. A very supportive tutor for sure and would certainly recommend.
